Which are your favourite TV channels?
In order of preference: Channel 4, then BBC 1, then ITV.
Don't bother much with BBC 2 and Channel 5

Which are your favourite TV programmes?
E astenders, Hollyoaks, T4 and all the Sunday sitcoms. I loved Big Brother when it was on.
Also, The Simpsons, Friends, Will and Grace, Desperate housewives, Charmed etc. You are what you eat, 10 years younger and other fashion clothing programmes. That drama on BBC1, that I can't remember the name of, where the group con people.

Which programmes and channels do you watch specifically to do with your ethnicity?
I do watch some Asian channels on Sky.
I don't really aim to watch programmes on TV aimed at my ethnicity, but more geared at it being a good programme i.e. comedy: Goodness Gracious Me was really well set at tackling Asian related topics but was funny for non Asians too. I liked Meera Sahil's two series sitcom - but can't remember the name of it, it was a very good drama.

Who do you consider role models on TV and outside of TV?
I cant relate to real role models on TV for me but the obvious business execs are Richard Branson and Alan Sugar.
Jamie Oliver is a good inspiration to good food ethics but so are the presenter's of the clothes programmes for building the confidence of people who have lost their self esteem and confidence.
Outside of TV: my family and employers.

What are your favourite/most used websites?
I do lots of surfing on the net. Some of my favourite sites are: Hotmail, TSB (online banking), eBay, the lawyer, Totally Legal, all of the last minute sites for holidays and cheap flights, i.e. Lastminute.com and Teletext holidays.....

Which sites do you use for networking?
MSN/AOL, Google and Ask Jeeves

What role do those sites play in your life?
Couldn't imagine life without the Internet in a nutshell:
personal emails/chatting on line
research
shopping
news
music downloads
etc etc

How has your use of the internet changed over time?
I use it daily and would be lost without access to it, in my work and personal life, it's amazing. You can search for things easily at the touch of a few buttons

The Daily Mail

Which brands do you value most and why?
I don't necessarily think that designer brands offer much more other than the high costs that are associated with purchases, but I am a sucker for Karen Millen. I also like Nike, River Island and Ralph Lauren luggage.

For make up: Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, Christian Dior and Guerlain. I used to be big on D&G, Versace and the rest, but I have calmed down now.
For food, the usual brand: Mcvities, Cadbury's, HP, Uncle Bens, Pepsi, Dominos Pizza, etc

Which brand is a truly multicultural British brand?
Generally: British Airways, British Gas, British Telecom, HP, Cadbury's, Paul Smith, Royal Doulton, Vodafone, Orange.
Finance: most of the banks I think: Lloyds TSB, Barclays

Cars: I can't really think of any cars as rover didn't go down well, MG's not that popular and foreign cars go down better with UK in my opinion.
Food: Again foreign food is more commercially recognized: Pizza hut, Chinese, Curries, Italian.
Travel: British airways, Virgin.
