If you ask my parents and my brother they'd say that when they grow old they're going to go back to the West Indies and they're gonna live there and that's their paradise. I don't have that, there's no need, Britain is my home. If I wished to go to Jamaica or to St Lucia I'm not going home, I'm going to a foreign land, I've got family there but my identity is here.

I like watching the Living channel as well as E4, Channel four, BBC1 & 2 and Channel 5
Which are your favourite TV programmes?
I like watching American comedies, and documentaries on Channel 4 and BBC 1/2 particularly when they are exploring real issues. I also like watching 'Desperate Housewives' and 'Charmed'
Which programmes and channels do you watch specifically to do with your ethnicity?
The Living Channel and Trouble have black comedy programmes on, however I also watch the occasional documentaries that Channel 4 or BBC 2 show but this is not often. BBC2 have also shown black programmes such as Babyfather and other black centered programmes, but not very often.

Shopping websites, Virgin for travel
What role do those sites play in your life?
It is essential for travel as I do a lot of traveling both for work and socially. Shopping sites I tend to browse and purchase for things that I cannot get any where else
How has your use of the internet changed over time?
We now have external Internet access at work so I use it in the daytime for travel directions from RAC and AA websites. Train times from Virgin and browsing for anything else that I am interested in. Also for research purposes both at work and at home

1 Extra, Galaxy, Classic FM
Who is your favourite DJ/radio presenter?
I don't really have one; however Steve Sutherland has a good personality
Which ethnic radio stations do you listen to and why?
1 Extra, as it has all the up-to-date music from the UK and the States and a wide variety of music that I can identify with
What are your favourite magazines?
I am guilty of reading OK, Hello, Heat and all those other types of publications.
Which brands do you value most and why?
I value food brands such as Heinz, Birdseye Kellogg's etc for food as I know that the taste is good. I also value brands such as BMW, VW, Diesel, Clarks, H&M and other household names when I am making decisions in terms of cars and clothing
Which brand is a truly multicultural British brand?
Virgin for travel Richard Branson is a classic example of a multicultural British Brand. Also Marks and Spencer's, as relatives in the Caribbean always want M&S underwear. Barclays Bank has branches abroad.
