I suppose I would be described as black British, but I hate putting myself into categories. You know when you have to fill in those forms and tick those boxes, I hate ticking 'Black British'. I'm just British.
Which are your favourite TV channels?
I often flick through them all, but a few of my favourites include: BBC1, Channel4, BBC3, E4, abc1 and Film4.

Some of my favourite programmes include The Apprentice, Lost, Little Miss Jocelyn, Hollyoaks, The Sopranos,
Which programmes and channels do you watch specifically to do with your ethnicity?
I can't really think of any TV programmes that I particularly relate to through my ethnicity, although I do like the way 'Little Miss Jocelyn' makes fun of stereotypical black characteristics. 'My Wife and Kids' is another majority black-cast TV show I enjoy watching.
Who are the best characters on TV?
Personally, I think that Jeremy Kyle is a great show host as he is straight forward as is not afraid to voice his personal opinion no matter what others may think.
Pauly on 'Sopranos', he makes me laugh, always complaining; and I think Lock from Lost plays a strong and intense character.
In terms of people or characters and people that actually inspire me, I think that Sir Alan Sugar from the TV show the Apprentice is a good role model, as I aspire to be an extremely successful self-made entrepreneur and he is a great inspiration to me.
I would also add Aml Ameen, who plays PC Lewis Hardy on 'The Bill', as he is different. He's a young black male playing a police officer and you don't see many of those about. He is an inspiration to our black youth.What are your favourite/most used websites?
I don't use the Internet a lot; when I do it is mainly to use 'Google' for research purposes.
Which sites do you use for networking?
Mostly Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger.
What role do those sites play in your life?
Not a very big one, just a cheap way to keep in contact with my girlfriend when she is away.
How has your use of the Internet changed over time?
I never used to use the Internet, I now use it more often to help with my studies. I also often buy and sell on eBay
What are you favourite radio channels?
For me, the best radio channel is BBC 1extra, closely followed by Galaxy 102, then Radio 1 with Tim Westwood.

My favourite DJ be Westwood, I used 2 bust it in Sean's car yoooo!
Which ethnic radio stations do you listen to and why?
My favourite radio station 1extra plays the best in up and coming black music
What are your favourite magazines?
The Source is of my favourites as it always has interviews with great artists.
What are your favourite newspapers?
The M.E.N and the Metro are the ones I pick up most regularly and the News of the World on Sunday for the football highlights and results.
Which brands do you value most and why?
My favourite clothing brand is Hugo Boss as I love the style and the fit of the clothes.
My favourite mobile phone brand has to be Sony Ericsson for the great range of functions and large volume of mp3 storage.
Which brand is a truly multicultural British brand?
Sports brands such as Nike and Adidas are fashionable amongst all youth from all cultures (Black, White, Asian, and Oriental) from high fashion clothing to a tracksuit to a football kit. Football itself could even be considered a 'brand' which appeals to all.
